We have put the device through its paces. It is perfectly camouflaged and inconspicuous. On the back of the device there is a microSD slot that supports cards up to 128GB. You can also download the recordings via a (paid) cloud service. This can be useful if, once the device has been installed, you are unable to access the camera to change the microSD card.

What else can the device do?

Using the app mentioned above, you can view the room live in crisp 4K quality. Recordings are saved to a microSD card in 720p HD at 25 frames per second. Any movement is reported to your mobile phone via push notifications. When plugged in, the device has a constant power supply and therefore operates indefinitely. Night mode, date/time, motion sensitivity, memory card settings, etc. can be configured via the app. It is extremely easy to use. Naturally, the device also fulfils the purpose it is designed to appear to serve to the uninformed: it supplies power from both sockets and the USB ports.
