Description
The device is discreetly disguised as a power bank, which you can also use to charge your mobile phone. If you switch to sound activation, the recorder switches on when the noise level reaches 60 dB and returns to standby mode when it is quiet to save power. If you connect the power bank to a computer or a charging socket, it is continuously powered, allowing you up to 576 hours of pure recording time (depending on the quality setting) on the 16GB internal memory. Once you’ve retrieved your little friend, you can connect it to a computer and listen to or back up the files. There is a magnet on the underside of the casing, allowing you to attach the recorder to any surface.
Of course, the power bank also saves the date and time of the recording in the files. However, you can only adjust the date and time settings (as well as the audio quality settings) on a Windows computer. You can, of course, still listen to and back up the files on a Mac.
