GLite PRO Vario (only Modul)

Description

GLite PRO Vario (moduleonly)has been developed as a step between our most advanced series gHost and our lowest modules Longlife. The Glite PRO Vario (module only) gives you the ability to control your device via SMS and its miniature size and the Knowles microphone make it one of the most competitive devices available on the market.

Please note! The module requires an external battery! It’s compatible with all 180-220V devices and plugs.

The GLite PRO Vario (module only) is a unique listening communicator that is variety of functions, it can serve you as protective device as well as a device for gathering information. The main benefits of this device are the clear sound, the long battery life and its functions.

We have tried to maintain small proportions but not on behalf of the sound quality, in combination with Knowles microphones and the latest chip-set this is the highest sound quality we are able to transfer via GSM network.

Functions: 

• password control function which allows you secure communication between you and the unit. That means that you can set a master password for example: 111111 and each time you want to send a command to the unit, you start with that password. This function can also be turned off.
• Filter for incoming numbers: You can select up to 3 numbers to be the master numbers. That means that only 3 people will have access to the device. Anyone else will receive a busy tone.
• Voice detection: Can be adjusted, sometimes you might find yourself in a rather noisy environment and you want the sensitivity to be lower.
  On top of that, you can select so called dead time which is a period of time for which the unit will not notify you.
• Microphone: preset sensitivity of microphone can be adjusted up to 7 different levels. You will be able to switch between these levels as well as set an auto-adjustment value.
• Light detection: Can be used as an alarm if the device is placed in a dark environment, it will send you an alarm when it is taken to a light place.
• Installation the device is plug and play, if you do not need any special function you simply put in the simcard wait for boot and call the device.
• 220V Connectable– using our proprietary 220V to 3.7V conversion kit, you will be able to mount this device onto any other electronic devices. We advise you to do this only when you have basic knowledge of working with electricity.
• Car Connectable– using our proprietary 12V to 3.7V conversion kit, you will be able to mount this device onto your car or your company car. This way, you will be able to monitor employees. We advise to do this only when you have basic knowledge of working with electricity.

 *Special note: There is a possibility of customizing the GLite PRO chip-set to other batteries and functions, if you have a larger order we would be happy to discuss the options with you.

Sound quality:

There is a limit to the sound quality transferred over GSM network, one of those limits is rooted in the propensity of GSM networks (including signal strength). As all devices, this is a mono GSM device, we have selected the microphone with the best SNR (signal to noise ratio) in order to maximize the quality at a low consumption. We have achieved this by selecting the HQ microphones of Knowles.

Commands:

The GLite series uses a very simple communication command set, which is easy to master within a few minutes. You can also use in-call commands in order to change the settings of microphone etc. We advise you to read the manual carefully, in order to grasp the full functionality of GLite PRO series devices. The light sensor and in-call commands can be very useful and adjuvant when used properly.
